FairForceā€™s story

Margherita founded and runs FairForce Consulting after being moved by a profound commitment to make the culture of work and entrepreneurship more equitable and human-centric. FairForce is committed to challenging traditional business paradigms that are built on systems of oppression.

FairForce started as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting business, but quickly evolved into a consulting business with a broader mission.

Throughout the years, Margherita has been expanding FairForceā€™s consulting scope and service formats into a more diverse spectrum of offerings by delivering a combination of growth + impact strategy consulting across the nonprofit and for-profit space. FairForce has worked for a multitude of diverse leaders, missions and organizations.

Weā€™re a team of consultants, partners and service-providers continually adapting to reflect the ever-evolving nature of a human-centric, ethical and impact-driven business.

A portrait of Margherita looking into the camera

Hi, Iā€™m Margherita (she/her)

I am a social business strategist bringing 8 years of experience working with global organizations on growth + impact projects across multiple different business models and industries.

As a creative and impact-driven professional, I consult impact founders through a fierce ENTREPRENEURIAL brain, a bold ACTIVIST heart and a radically HUMAN soul.

My expertise lies in crafting tailored growth and business development solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of impact-driven entrepreneurs and leaders

I have been consulting international organizations, impact leaders and business owners of diverse scales around the world (The Bloom, Personio, Digital Arabia Network, International Civil Society Centre, Schleiff Theater, Piggyback Health, etc.) and supporting her clients to design, strategize and execute impact and growth programs to leverage their potential to create social change through impact leadership.

My work is driven by feminist, human-first, ethical growth and impact leadership values and aims to build a holistic ecosystem where the personal, professional and political dimensions co-exist, nurture each other and cooperate to build a more equitable future for all.
