Hi, I am Margherita and I am the Founder of FairForce Consulting.

In my 8+ years of experience in the private business, global startup, and social impact space, I have supported thousands of leaders in crafting mission-aligned solutions that allowed their ventures to grow wiser and achieve the impact results they strived for.

I have partnered with global CEOs and impact executives to accelerate their business goals, leading to growth results ranging from raising funding for up to 2M USD to securing high-level commercial partnerships that broadened their product outreach and scaled their impact mission.

My mission is to lead impact executives to the edge of their potential, bring their work to standards of excellence, and elevate their executive power so that they can confidently bring the right value in front of the right audience and turn their ambitions into growth milestones.
